Refund

Customers of the waiting area who have paid for the booking procedure in the waiting area, in order to get a refund when canceling their reservation, must submit an application in which they should indicate:

surname and name of the payer;
booking number;
bank account number for the refund;
refund amount;
feedback phone number

If possible, attach a receipt for payment for the booking procedure to the application.

The application can be submitted on paper or electronically.

Leave a paper application with the dispatcher when leaving the waiting area.

Customers who have paid for the online booking procedure must submit an application for a refund through the GoSwift database, login - FEEDBACK.
